Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using Evently you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Tickets & Purchases

Events on Evently are organized and sold by their organizers; Evently (operated by Sargu SIA) provides the platform and processes payments through Stripe. When you buy a ticket, your agreement for the event itself is with the organizer. Ticket prices, availability, and any per-event conditions are shown on the event page and at checkout before you pay.

Fees & Payments

Paid tickets may include a booking fee, always shown as a separate line at checkout before you confirm your purchase — the price you see at checkout is the full amount you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Evently does not store your card details.

Refunds & Event Cancellations

Each event has a refund policy set by its organizer — full, partial, or no refunds up to a stated time before the event — displayed on the event page and at checkout. Refund requests are made from your tickets page and are reviewed by the organizer. If an organizer cancels an event, a refund of the ticket price is initiated automatically to your original payment method. Booking fees are non-refundable. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.

You may use Evently for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, or use it to harass others.
