Free swimming lessons will be held in Ludza municipality for babies aged three months to two years, accompanied by their parents. These sessions, implemented as part of the project “Implementation of Public Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Measures in Ludza Municipality,” aim to help babies gradually adapt to water, fostering a sense of security and positive experiences. Parents will acquire practical skills for working with their children in the water, which not only facilitates future swimming proficiency but also calms the nervous system, relaxes muscles, strengthens immunity, and improves sleep quality. The lessons will be led by Iluta Kaupuža, lasting one hour and conducted in small groups of up to six babies with an accompanying adult. Prior registration is mandatory.
