The "Linocut" creative workshop will introduce participants to the linocut technique, a high-pressure graphic art form known for its strong contrast and clear lines. Attendees will create their own linoleum printing plate based on a chosen design and produce multiple prints on paper, discovering how to generate various artworks from a single plate. The workshop welcomes both adults and young artists; children up to 12 years old are advised to participate with a parent for safety. It will be led by artist Undīne Ābiķe, who explores human relationships with their inner and outer worlds in her work, primarily using watercolor techniques. Space is limited.
