As part of the "Latvian Dialogues" initiative, a dialogue circle will take place in Lēdmane, inviting participants to discuss what strengthens and unites them, and where they find strength during difficult times. The conversation will be led by Inese Nusbauma, a mentor, certified coach, consultant, supervisor in training, and volunteer dialogue leader. This peaceful, respectful conversation in a small group offers everyone an opportunity to share their experiences and be heard. Participation is free of charge, but the number of spots is limited to eight participants. Insights from these dialogue circles will be anonymously compiled into a public report for the State Chancellery, making the experiences of Lēdmane residents part of a broader national conversation.
