This initiative provides an opportunity to help others by donating blood, while also benefiting donors by stimulating the blood-forming system and renewing blood composition. Donors can check their pulse, blood pressure, and hemoglobin levels, and receive analysis results if requested in advance. Specific intervals between donations must be observed: 9 full weeks for men and 13 full weeks for women. Women are permitted to donate 4 times within a 12-month period, while men can donate up to 6 times, with a mandatory 3-month break after the sixth donation. Those wishing to donate should verify their eligibility according to the conditions and bring a personal identification document.
