The 31st International Baltic Ballet Festival, themed “From Classical to Avant-garde,” presents the German BERLIN BALLET COMPANY with their performance “Dance Spectrum.” This independent troupe, founded in 2023 by former Staatsballett Berlin dancers, will be visiting Latvia for the first time. The production is a selection of their most outstanding works, including “The Curlicues of the Path,” “Mare Crisium,” “Die Nacht,” and “A Techno Ballet Odyssey,” each varying in style, mood, and origin. This diverse selection is thoughtfully curated with a unified rhythm and dramaturgy, reflecting the festival's motto. The event is organized by the “Dejas varavīksne” foundation.
