Author, journalist, and historian Arvīds Deģis will present his new biographical novel "The Cunning Shipowner Fricis Grauds". The novel tells the life story of Latvian captain, entrepreneur, and patron Fricis Grauds, while also outlining the business and maritime environment of Latvia's first period of independence.
