The Open Latvian Breaking Championship 2026 will gather the strongest breakdancers to compete for the championship title and accumulate points for the Latvian Cup annual ranking. Organized by "Factory Kingz" in collaboration with the Latvian Sports Dance Federation and Daugavpils Youth Affairs and Sports Department, the competition will feature "1 on 1" battles across various age and gender categories: boys up to 7 years (U7), youth aged 8-11 (U11), teenagers aged 12-15 (U15), and adults 16+ (men and women). The championship is open to participants from Latvia and other countries, but only LSDF members will be included in the Latvian Cup ranking. Judges will evaluate technique, creativity, and precision. Participants must have mandatory health sports insurance. Spectator entry is not free of charge.
