The Project Management Department of Valmiera Municipality Development Administration is organizing a seminar on reducing greenhouse gas emissions through urban technologies in Valmiera. The event aims to enhance residents' knowledge and understanding of the street lighting installed within the project co-financed by the Emission Quota Auctioning Instrument (EKII) and its benefits. This seminar is intended for local residents and anyone interested.
