The mixed choir "Medera" celebrates its 30th anniversary with a concert titled "Kā pērles virtenē" (Like pearls on a string). The concert will feature songs that have marked the choir's thirty-year journey, reflecting its growth and sense of community. The choir's founder, artistic director, and conductor, Gunta Vāvere, is recognized as the unifying force. Also performing are conductor Agnis Augustinovičs, soprano Ilze Grēvele-Skaraine, pianist Jolanta Barinska, and an instrumental ensemble comprising keyboardist Artūrs Krišjānis Goba, percussionist Juris Laizāns, and guitarist Jānis Griķis. Admission to the concert is free of charge.
