The Rotko Museum is opening its autumn exhibition season, bringing together artists from various generations across France, Italy, and Latvia. The exhibitions, featuring sculpture, painting, ceramics, graphics, textile art, and installations, will explore themes of encounter, understanding, and the search for light. The season includes exhibitions such as "Light and Shadow. Yves Brayer and Contemporary French Art," Umberto Mastroianni's "Color Abstraction. 1934–1992," Laima Eglīte's "Before Words," Iveta Laure's "Love and Silk," Ingūna Liepa's "Seeking the Invisible," Imants Klīdzējs' "Close to the Wind," and Pēteris Martinsons' "Kecskemét Notes." Most exhibitions will be on view until November 29, while Pēteris Martinsons' exhibition will run until February 21, 2027.
