The Lāčplēsis Day event "Path of Light for Latvia" in Rūjiena includes a torch procession, which will start from Rūjiena Secondary School. Following the procession, a solemn commemorative moment will take place at the "Tālavas taurētājs" monument. The event will feature 10th-grade students from Rūjiena Secondary School and the brass band "Tālavas taurētājs".
