The Mārupe Municipality Development and Construction Department is holding a public discussion meeting regarding the detailed plan project for the "Gaiļi-1" property. The detailed plan aims to subdivide the property for private house construction, establish a unified street network, create a connection between Rožu street and Ziedoņkalnu street, and define land use and building regulations. Attendees can participate in person or remotely via the "MS Teams" platform. Written proposals concerning the detailed plan can be submitted until November 6.
