Free swimming lessons for babies aged three months to two years, accompanied by their parents, will take place at the Ludza swimming pool. Led by Iluta Kaupuža, these sessions will help babies gradually adapt to water, fostering a sense of security and positive experience. Parents will learn practical skills for working with their children in the water. Early exposure to water not only facilitates future swimming proficiency but also calms the nervous system, relaxes muscles, strengthens immunity, and improves sleep quality. Each session lasts one hour and is organized in small groups of up to six babies with an accompanying adult. Advance registration is mandatory.
