The Bauska Municipality invites expectant and new parents, as well as other interested individuals, to a free online lecture on mood swings during pregnancy and postpartum depression. The lecture will help participants understand emotional changes, recognize situations requiring support, and learn about emotional health care. Topics covered include reasons for mood swings, causes of emotional lability, self-care, distinguishing different forms of postpartum depression, risk and protective factors, self-assessment methods, self-help, assisting loved ones, and available professional help. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.
