This course offers an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sauna knowledge across seven sessions, aimed at enhancing personal and family well-being. Participants will explore the significance of sauna and rituals in Latvian traditions, key sauna attributes, and how to utilize the power of natural elements during the sauna process. The curriculum also covers the ethics of a sauna master, safe working methods, the main stages of a sauna ritual, preparation for the sauna process, various scrubs used in sauna and their preparation, basic principles of sauna whisking, and the plants used in sauna. The course includes practical demonstrations and hands-on activities within a sauna setting.
