Gymnastics classes are held on Mondays at the Aizkraukle Municipality Sports Center, led by sports coach Zigrīda Sprukte. Participants are invited to bring their own gymnastics mat. These free classes are intended for local residents to strengthen their health, improve well-being, and promote an active lifestyle, and are implemented within the framework of a European Social Fund project.
