A concert will take place featuring Stuart Ironside, an English guitarist residing in Estonia, and local musician Edgars Rubenis. Both guitarists share a common interest in traditional music forms and their contemporary relevance. Ironside explores the history of British Isles folk music, while Rubenis engages with early African-American music traditions. They create new works, blending traditional heritage with a contemporary sound and dynamic intensity. This performance is part of a four-day concert series that includes two concerts in Estonia and two in Latvia.
