The Preiļi Main Library invites educators, cultural workers, young people, and other interested individuals to a lecture and practical workshop focusing on digital safety, media literacy, and the significance of the Latgalian language and culture in today's information space. The session will be led by Edeite Laime, project manager of the Latgalian cultural movement “Volūda,” and Amanda Anusāne, head of “Volūda” and the Latgalian cultural news portal Lakuga.lv. Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their digital safety skills, strengthen media literacy, and explore the role of the Latgalian language and culture in the digital environment.
