From November 2nd to 27th, the Liepāja Music, Art and Design Secondary School will host the comic exhibition "Myth Busters," focusing on the theme of stereotypes. The exhibition features works by 16 international artists exploring ingrained assumptions and prejudices relevant to both Latvia and the Nordic countries. Artists delve into perceptions associated with the Nordic region, such as trolls, Vikings, educational systems, or welfare levels, creating unique artworks that reflect their individual perspectives. This exhibition, created in collaboration with the publisher “kuš!”, has previously been showcased in several cities across the Baltics and Finland. Admission to the exhibition is free of charge.
