As part of the project “Implementation of Public Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Measures in Ludza Municipality,” free swimming lessons will be held for babies aged three months to two years, accompanied by their parents. Led by Iluta Kaupuža, these sessions will help infants gradually adapt to water, fostering a sense of security and positive experience, while parents will acquire practical skills for working with their children in water. Early exposure to water strengthens immunity and improves sleep quality. Each lesson lasts one hour and will be organized in small groups of up to 6 babies with an accompanying person, and advance registration is mandatory.
