The second Paula Krūmiņš International Orchestra Festival will take place in Daugavpils. Its aim is to preserve and develop orchestral music traditions, foster international cooperation with orchestras abroad, and honor the memory of conductor and violinist Pauls Krūmiņš, who founded and led the first Latgale Symphony Orchestra in Daugavpils.
