Free swimming lessons for infants aged three months to two years, accompanied by their parents, will be held at Ludza Swimming Pool. Led by Iluta Kaupuža, these sessions aim to help babies gradually adapt to water, fostering a sense of security and positive experience, while parents will learn practical skills for working with their child in the water. Early exposure to water not only facilitates future swimming proficiency but also calms the nervous system, relaxes muscles, strengthens immunity, and improves sleep quality. Each lesson will last one hour and will be organized in small groups of up to six infants with an accompanying adult. Advance registration is mandatory.
