The concert program “Thank You for the Music” presents a fusion of jazz instruments and voices. It features the Junior BigBand led by Raitis Ašmanis, the mixed choir “Zemgale” led by Guntis Pavilons, and soloists Aija Vītoliņa or Ieva Kerevica. The concert will include jazz standards, beloved melodies, and well-known compositions such as “Circle of Life”, “Sway”, “Lai taure skan”, “Thank You for the Music”, and “Ob-La-Di”. The program's unique sound will be enhanced by the big band's energy, the soloist's voice, and the choir's polyphony, with the choir acting as an independent musical element. The evening will be hosted by Jasmīna Treija and Renārs Beķeris.
