Everyone is invited to participate in the "Community Resilience" project's civil defense training, especially community activists, representatives of resident councils and NGOs, and local leaders. The training aims to strengthen the security capabilities and preparedness of rural communities for various crises, fostering mutual assistance and social cohesion. Participants will learn how to prepare for crisis situations, protect themselves and their families, and act when usual infrastructure or services are unavailable. Topics will also include mental health recovery and psychological resilience. The project also plans practical training in first aid, cybersecurity, and survival. Participation in the training is free of charge.
