The Night of Legends "Touching the Light" will take place at Sigulda New Castle, dedicated this year to the theme of light. During the event, light will meet darkness and shadows within the castle rooms, offering various ways to see, hear, feel, and even taste light. Visitors are encouraged to speak in whispers to avoid scaring away the light. The program includes the multimedia dance theatre "White Knights" performance "Touching the Light," directed by Līva Ornicāne, which will be shown in five sessions. In the castle's Dining Hall, guests can create their own shadow theatre, while in the Library, they can interact with light and take photos. In the basement corridors, a path of light will lead to sound, and in another basement room, it will be possible to "taste the light." The event focuses on light art, movement, and imagination, rather than Halloween themes.
