This civil defense training, part of the "Community Resilience" project, aims to strengthen the safety and preparedness of rural communities for various crises, fostering mutual aid and social cohesion. The training will cover how to prepare for crisis situations, protect oneself and family, and act when infrastructure or services are temporarily unavailable. It will also address mental health recovery, psychological resilience, maintaining inner stability, and regaining strength after emotionally challenging situations. Future practical sessions will include first aid, cybersecurity, and survival training. Participation is free of charge. Everyone is invited, especially community activists, representatives of resident councils and NGOs, and local leaders who wish to enhance their community's resilience.
