Informational seminars for residents will be held at the end of October, focusing on Riga City Council's co-financing programs for house renovation. The first seminar will cover programs with a one-year implementation period, including co-financing for facade and roof renovation, small improvement projects, adapting residential buildings for shelters, and preserving historical structures. The second seminar will introduce the conditions of the “Riga co-financing for residential building maintenance and modernization” program, which supports projects for eliminating hazards, insulating buildings, and undertaking large-scale land plot improvements. These programs are administered by the Riga City Council Property Department.
