The "Safe Riga" photo-orientation event will take place in Riga to enhance public knowledge of civil defense and crisis preparedness. The event particularly invites families with children to embark on a five-stop route to practically learn about essential civil defense issues. Participants will have the opportunity to visit a shelter, learn about evacuation centers, acquire basic first aid skills, create a family action plan for crisis situations, and understand how to act in emergencies. The charity campaign "Women Protect. Latvia Supports." will be highlighted during the event, raising funds for women serving in the Ukrainian armed forces, and attendees can participate in creating a camouflage net. To complete the route, participants will need the "Roadgames" mobile application, so a smartphone is required.
