Jazz evenings are returning to dispel the autumn chill. This evening will feature the Eduards Goldbergs Sextet, performing jazz arrangements of Raimonds Pauls' early compositions and traditional jazz standards. The concert will blend the melodic heritage of Latvian popular music with the freedom of jazz improvisation, offering both familiar tunes and unexpected musical twists. The sextet includes Eduards Goldbergs on piano, Marija Kalneniece, Beatrise Laipniece on violin, Raimonds Leja-Andersons on saxophone, Anna Krolla on drums, and Kaspars Žabris on bass. The performance will unfold in three acts, providing ample time to enjoy live music and the special atmosphere. Admission is free of charge.
