Free swimming lessons are offered for babies aged 3 months to 2 years, accompanied by their parents, as part of a project. The lessons aim to gradually accustom the baby to water, foster a sense of security and positive experience, and equip parents with practical skills for working with their child in the water. Early exposure to water helps calm the nervous system, relax muscles, strengthen immunity, and improve sleep quality. The sessions are led by Iluta Kaupuža in groups of up to 6 babies with their accompanying adults. Advance registration is mandatory.
