Farmers and rural entrepreneurs are invited to an informational seminar focusing on financing and consulting support opportunities for farm development. The seminar will introduce two new ALTUM programs: small loans in rural areas with a capital discount (up to 250,000 EUR loan, up to 50% capital discount) and a refinancing loan for farmers' credit obligations. Information will also be provided on other financing options for working capital, equipment, and land acquisition, as well as the Land Fund program. Representatives from the Latvian Rural Advisory and Training Centre (LLKC) will present their incubation program, consultation project, and the “Laukiem augt” program, which offers support for evaluating farm operations, planning development, and enhancing competitiveness.
