Water gymnastics classes for seniors will resume on Thursdays at the Koknese Sports Center swimming pool. These sessions will be led by physiotherapist Zane Skadiņa. The number of spots is limited to 20 participants, and advance registration is required to attend. Residents are invited to participate in these physical activities free of charge to strengthen their health, improve well-being, and promote an active lifestyle. This event is implemented within the framework of the Aizkraukle Municipality European Social Fund project.
