Jūrmalas Theatre presents the play “EVERYONE LOVES OPALS,” a modern fairy tale for adults based on John Patrick's work, directed by Imants Jaunzems. The performance tells the story of Opal Kronkie, a junk collector and seller, whose lonely and kind life on the edge of the city dump takes a turbulent turn when fate introduces her to a motley company of rogues: the sexy Gloria, the bustling Solomon, and the depressed Bradford. A game of wits and cunning then begins, where each character tries to outsmart the others. Performances always start at the indicated time, and spectators are not admitted into the hall after the third bell.
