The exhibition "Witnesses of Time: Drawings and Sketches" features drawings and sketches by Mirdza Lavīze Granta and Žanis Grants. Most of the works were created between the 1920s and 1940s, serving as unique historical records, including glimpses into their school days with teacher evaluations. The landscapes depict their family home "Velēnas" in Tērvete parish, surrounded by large trees, vast meadows, and a thriving bee farm. Visitors can experience the changing seasons, holiday traditions, and the natural beauty of their native region, reflecting Jānis Grants' respectful preservation of his parents' memory.
