The Liepāja Theatre production "Three Funerals and Two Weddings" is a remix of Rūdolfs Blaumanis's collected works, bringing together various characters from his novellas and plays. The performance continues the story where Blaumanis concluded "Frost in Spring," exploring what happens when Liene chooses freedom at the expense of love. It portrays contemporary society, revealing a tragicomedy where intimate moments become a public spectacle and virtues turn into a trap. The play is directed by Mārtiņš Eihe and features actors Agnese Jēkabsone, Mārtiņš Kalita, Kaspars Gods or Edgars Ozoliņš, Agnija Dreimane, Hugo Puriņš, Armands Kaušelis, Inese Kučinska, Rolands Beķeris, and Anda Albuže.
