The second event in the chamber music and poetry series, "Poetry Concert No. 2," will take place in the Great Hall of Cēsis Castle. Actress Guna Zariņa will bring to life the poetry of Latvian classic Kārlis Skalbe, while cellist Kristaps Bergs and violinist Elīna Bukša will perform works by composers Pēteris Vasks and Maurice Ravel. The concert will include discussions with the artists to help the audience understand the connection and context of the artworks. This poetry concert continues the Cēsis Museum's series of chamber music and poetry events, held in the historically significant Great Hall. For visitors' convenience, a pop-up cafe will operate in the Vaulted Hall of the New Castle. The event is financially supported by the State Culture Capital Foundation.
