Gymnastics classes, led by sports coach Zigrīda Sprukte, invite local residents to participate in physical activities free of charge, strengthening health, improving well-being, and promoting an active lifestyle. Participants are asked to bring their own exercise mat. These classes are organized within the framework of the Aizkraukle Municipality European Social Fund project "Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Measures in Aizkraukle Municipality".
