Everyone is invited to participate in creating a birthday greeting for Latvia by taking festive-themed photographs. The collected photos will be compiled into a video greeting for Latvia, which will later be viewable as a video projection on the wall of the Valmiera Culture Centre, as well as on the Valmiera municipality website and social media. Participation is free of charge.
