The final stage of the SPĒKA SPEKTRS Rucking series and a Readiness Festival will take place, combining an active lifestyle, hiking, a sports challenge, a sense of community, and practical knowledge for daily life and unforeseen situations. Rucking is a physical activity based on moving with a backpack. Participants can choose between the Popular Class, suitable for families and friends for a leisurely hike without result evaluation or backpack weight control, and the Sports Class, where the distance must be completed against the clock with a specified minimum backpack weight, competing for the best result. The Readiness Festival will offer practical and educational activities, including learning first aid skills, familiarizing with rescue services' work, and gaining knowledge about communication, equipment, and self-sufficiency.
