Water gymnastics classes for seniors will resume in the Koknese Sports Center swimming pool. The classes will take place on Thursdays and will be led by physiotherapist Zane Skadiņa. The number of participants is limited to 20, and prior registration is required. Residents are invited to participate in these physical activities free of charge to strengthen their health and promote an active lifestyle. This event is implemented within the framework of the Aizkraukle Municipality's European Social Fund project.
