A commemorative event for Lāčplēsis Day will take place in Irši, beginning with a gathering at the Irši Manor granary-storehouse. The event will honor Latvia's freedom fighters with a moment of remembrance and a torchlight procession, creating a path of light. Participants are encouraged to bring their own torches or candles.
