Deleting Your Evently Account
You can delete your Evently account and the personal data attached to it at any time. This page explains what happens and how to ask for it. Deletion is permanent — it is not a temporary deactivation, and the account cannot be restored afterwards.
From the mobile app
Open Evently and go to Account → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. You will be shown exactly what is about to be removed and asked to confirm your identity before anything happens.
From this website
Sign in and open your profile page. The Delete Account option is at the bottom, under Data & Privacy, and works the same way as in the app.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write to support@evently.lv from the address on the account and we will verify it and delete the account for you.
What gets deleted
Your profile and account details, your name, email address and phone number, your profile photo and any images you uploaded, your saved events, and your sign-in credentials. Your past registrations are anonymised so that hosts keep accurate attendance figures with no link back to you.
What we have to keep
Records of completed purchases and refunds are retained for as long as Latvian accounting and tax law requires. These are financial records rather than profile data, and they are not used to identify or contact you afterwards.
Before you delete
If you host events that have not yet taken place, cancel or complete them first — we will not delete an account with attendees still expecting an event. You can also export a copy of your data first, from the same Data & Privacy section.
